Citra Carpet Care cleaned our home carpets yesterday. The service was exceptional. We were called just prior to their arrival. They were about ten minutes early for the appointment. Once in the house the Citra team was efficient, informative, caring and polite. The time it took to clean four rooms wasn’t anywhere near as long as I had anticipated. The carpets looked terrific! And the price was extremely cost effective. A true value.

Brian and his son Carter did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, sofa and love seat. His service and prices are wonderful and so is the new citrus smell in my house! It is so nice to find a friendly and honest carpet cleaning service. I will definitely recommend Citra Carpet Care to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned. I am so excited to have my family come now for the holidays!!!

Brian did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning our carpets this past weekend. It was a special event… Cheryl was coming home from a 15 day vacation in Europe and I knew she would be exhausted and thinking she was coming home to a house that needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. I asked Brian if he could come out on Saturday so when she got home that evening the place would be spotless and that is exactly what happened. We have had Brian (Citra Carpet Care) clean our carpets before and the place has a very nice Citrus fragrance. When Cheryl walked into the house she looked at me and said “Was Brian here???”. Needless to say she was thrilled. GREAT JOB BRIAN and THANKS for helping me out.

Brian and his son’s did my house in McKinney. I had been ripped off in the past and was ready for the price to be much higher than the quote….when they gave me my total it was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. It’s been two weeks and my carpet still looks amazing. I will use again have been recommending them to all my customers!

Brian and his son did an excellent job. We are very happy. They even got out a nasty rust stain and a few pet stains. They worked quickly and did a thorough job. Great attitude and great service at a great price.

Family and I were very pleased with the quality work, Brian, Carter and Dalton provided in not only cleaning our carpets, but sofa and chaise lounge chair as well. Will definetly recommend Citra in the future.

I want to thank both Brian and Carter for their outstanding work on our carpets and wood flooring. Their quality service was both affordable and efficient: here on time, got the job done in a time manner, and left! Citrus smell is great. In fact, I would suggest that Brian patent a new soft drink: “Citrus Carpet Care Fizzy”….it could be brought to client’s home, marketed at community events, etc. Thanks again!
